LogDelete your account & data
You can delete your LogBoek account and all associated data at any time.
In the app
Open LogBoek and go to Settings → Delete account & data. This:
- deletes your authentication record (your account);
- deletes all of your logbooks and trips; and
- signs you out.
If you've uninstalled the app
Email support@logboek.co.za from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What "delete" means: deleting your account permanently
removes your account record and all of your logbooks and trips from our
systems. This can't be undone, so export any logbook you want to keep
first.
What is not deleted
We may retain minimal records required for legal, tax or payment-reconciliation purposes (for example, proof that a purchase occurred), without your logbook content. These are kept only as long as the law requires.
