LogDelete your account & data
You can delete your LogBoek account and all associated data at any time.
In the app
Open LogBoek and go to Settings → Delete account & data. This:
- deletes your authentication record (your account);
- deletes all of your synced logbooks and trips; and
- signs you out.
If you've uninstalled the app
Email support@logboek.co.za from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Local-only data: if you never enabled sync, your
logbooks live only on your device. Deleting the app removes that data
from the device — there is nothing stored on our servers to delete.
What is not deleted
We may retain minimal records required for legal, tax or payment-reconciliation purposes (for example, proof that a purchase occurred), without your logbook content. These are kept only as long as the law requires.
