Common issues
Restoring a purchase
Sign in with the same account you used when you unlocked the export. Your unlocks are tied to your account, not to a single device, so they follow you when you sign in again.
My export won't open
The export is a standard PDF. If it doesn't open, make sure you have a PDF viewer installed and that the download completed. Try exporting again — re-exports of an unlocked logbook are free.
Moving to a new phone
If you enabled sync, sign in on the new device and your logbooks and unlocks will be there. Local-only logbooks live on the old device — turn on sync before switching to carry them over.
My tax-year dates look wrong
The South African tax year runs 1 March – 28/29 February. A logbook labelled "2025" is the year ending February 2025. If you bought or sold the vehicle mid-year, set the start/end dates when you create the logbook so it only covers the period you owned it.
